Presiden RI Joko Widodo harus memperhatikan aspirasi masyarakat Indonesia dan menghormati UUD RI yang menjamin kemerdekaan bangsa dan kebebasan warga negara. Sudah terlalu banyak bukti pelanggaran HAM berat yang dilakukan as-Sisi, tidak hanya membungkam suara kritis, melainkan juga menangkap, menyiksa dan memenjarakan ribuan warga tanpa kesalahan jelas, serta membantai ribuan warga sipil tak bersenjata. Kejahatan as-Sisi lebih keji daripada Augusto Pinochet (Chile) atau Slobodan Milosevic (Serbia).

Mengingat bahwa Pembukaan UUD RI menegaskan: "Bahwa kemerdekaan adalah hak segala bangsa. Oleh karena itu, penjajahan di atas muka bumi harus dihapuskan karena tidak sesuai dengan peri kemanusiaan dan peri keadilan." Kemerdekaan bukan hanya terhadap penjajahan asing, namun juga kebebasan warga negara untuk memenuhi hak dan kewajibannya.

Mengingat bahwa Indonesia baru saja memperingati kemerdekaan yang ke-70 tahun dan pemerintah Indonesia sudah meratifikasi Konvensi PBB Menentang Penyiksaan dan Perlakuan atau Hukuman Lain yang Kejam, Tidak Manusiawi, dan Merendahkan Martabat Manusia

Maka, kehadiran ‘Sang Pembunuh’ Jenderal as-Sisi dari Mesir ke Jakarta tidak dapat diterima. Maka, dengan ini kami menyatakan PETISI “Menolak Kehadiran Jenderal as-Sisi ke Jakarta”! Kami Rakyat Indonesia berdiri tegak menentang kebiadaban as-Sisi! Kami mengajak masyarakat Indonesia untuk berpartisipasi dalam Aksi Damai Menolak Kedatangan as-Sisi pada 3-4 September 2015.

Considering that the Preamble Republic of Indonesia asserted: "That freedom is the right of all nations. Therefore, the occupation on earth should be abolished because it does not comply with humanity and justice." Independence is not only against foreign occupation, but also the freedom of citizens to fulfill their rights and obligations.

Remembering that Indonesia has just commemorated the independence of the 70th year and the Indonesian government has ratified the UN Convention against Torture and Degrading Treatment or Punishment Other Cruel, Inhuman, and Degrading Man.

Referring to the report by Human Rights Watch stated that: “President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi might be guilty of crimes against humanity for authorizing the repeated mass shootings of demonstrations after he led the military takeover last summer (2013) that ousted President Mr. Mohammed Morsi. In the four months after the takeover, security forces killed more than 1,100 protesters in six mass shootings, including the breakup of a huge sit-in on Aug. 14, 2013. Human Rights Watch found that security forces killed at least 800 demonstrators that day and probably more than 1,000, in what the group called a vastly disproportionate use of lethal force authorized by top government officials, including Mr. Sisi. He was then the Defense Minister and the government’s chief decision maker.” (New York Times, 12 August 2014)

Thus, the presence of 'The Killer' General al-Sisi from Egypt to Jakarta unacceptable. President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo must pay attention to the aspirations of the Indonesian people and respect the RI Constitution that guarantees the independence of the nation and the freedoms of citizens. Beside that, there are too much evidences of gross human rights violations committed as-side, not only to silence critical voices, but also arrested, tortured and imprisoned thousands of people without any obvious errors, and massacred thousands of unarmed civilians. Crime-side as more heinous than Augusto Pinochet (Chile) or Slobodan Milosevic (Serbia)

Thus, we hereby declare PETITION "Reject the presence of General al-Sisi to Jakarta"! We Rakyat Indonesia stand up against inhumanity as-Side! We invite the people of Indonesia to participate in the Reject Protest Arrival as-side on 3-4 September 2015.

عريضة تطالب رئيس جمهورية إندونيسيا بإلغاء زيارة السيسي 

أن الشعب الإندونيسي يدين بشدة دعوة الحكومة الإندونيسية للدكتاتور العسكري عبدالفتاح السيسي لزيارة جاكرتا، حيث إن السيسي ونظامه العسكري يمثلان النقيض للقيم الإندونيسية الأساسية؛ من سيادة القانون، واحترام حقوق الإنسان، والديمقراطية. هناك أكثر من 40 ألف سجين سياسي يقبعون في سجون السيسي، دون مراعاة لأي أصول قانونية، وقد اضطهد السيسي جميع المعارضين من مختلف الأطياف السياسية ووصفهم بأنهم إرهابيون، بينما فشل في مواجهة تهديد حقيقي لتوسع تنظيم الدولة في سيناء.

السيسي قام بانقلاب عسكري على رئيس شرعي للبلاد وقام بعزله بقوة السلاح وتحت حماية الدبابات وتجاهل الملايين التي تؤيد الرئيس وتؤيد الشرعيه واحترام الصندوق ثم قام باعتقال المئات بدون أي مبرر وبدون أي اتهامات فعلية كما أغلق ما لا يقل عن 10 قنوات مؤيدة للشرعيه الدستورية واحترام القانون وأخيرا قام باستخدام اسلحة محرمة دوليا في قمع المتظاهرين وقام بمذبحة وقتل ما لا يقل عن 1000 شخص معارض للانقلاب العسكري.

لذلك طالب الشعب الإندونيسي رئيس جمهورية إندونيسيا، بـدعم القيم الإندونيسية، ورفض استضافة الدكتاتور الوحشي السيسي؛ لأن الحكومة الإندونيسية يجب عليها الانخراط مع المعارضة الديمقراطية في مصر؛ للبحث عن بدائل لحكم السيسي.
