On September 9, we’re asking Americans to join together and spend 24 hours without Trump.

No Trump news. No commentary. No videos. No posts. No waking up wondering, “What did he do now?”

We don’t click. We don’t share. We don’t argue.

We just stop.

And instead, we go live our lives.

Call a friend. Go outside. Have dinner with your family. Read a book. Volunteer. Work in the garden. Spend time doing something you love. Talk about something else for a change.

This isn’t about disengaging or pretending that what Trump is doing doesn’t matter. It’s about recognizing that the constant cycle of outrage takes a toll on our time, our energy, our relationships, and our attention.

And our attention belongs to us.

Trump will still be there on September 10. The news will still be there. For one day, we’re simply choosing not to give it our attention.
