Peter Parkour: Torontos Longboarding Spider Man

Peter Parkour: Torontos Longboarding Spider Man
The Issue
If you've ever been downtown Toronto you'll know him. Torontos friendly neighborhood Spider Man, Peter Parkour, zipping down the road on a long board with a friendly hello to all who pass by.
Over the past few years he has become a well known and welcomed face to the Yonge and Dundas intersection. Today, May 17th 2016, the Toronto Bylaw Officers came by and issued him a ticket, and a court date on the 22nd of August over performing less than 9 meters away from the Yonge and Dundas intersection. 9 meters is approximately 30 feet, so that would class as anywhere in front of the Eatons Centre entrance located at the North West corner of Yonge Dundas. Yet, he was the only one of the performers today who was issued a ticket. He was also charged with his performance possibly posing a danger to the general public.
I would like to make a note, that he was not even there to do his usual performance. He stated this to the bylaw officers, and they still issued him the charges. He has been penalized, fined, charged, and summoned to court without a proper investigation process.
Do you feel that Peter Parkour has ever personally posed a threat to your safety publicly? Are you concerned with the minor climbing he does; i.e a three point climb to hang off a pole perhaps (usually foot placement no higher than three to four feet up), or a safe climb onto a higher ground no higher than a "story" high (perhaps lets say, around 10 feet maximum)?
Now, if you agree with the bylaw officers that he deserved this charge, fine, and summon to court, then perhaps this petition isn't for you, because we are here to support him 100 percent. If you do support him, and you are do not agree with the events that took place today, and do not feel like he has publicly posed a threat to your safety in any manner, it only takes two seconds to sign this petition. Not only will it show Peter Parkour that he has the support of the public he is apparently "endangering", but it will be sent to City Council, the Municipal Bylaw of Toronto, and possibly presented at his court hearing on August 22nd.
Let's do what we can, even if it's just a signature, to help out, and show our support!
