This Village does not give a darn about kids being off the street after dark and this last week is evidence of that. Teens have been zooming around in cars until after 10:00 for the past three nights. For years, taping has considered a "tradition" here. Anywhere else on the planet taping would be called assault or hazing, but not here. So, I don't buy that load of crap. The youngest children are accompanied by parents and are home safe. The older kids have a get out of jail free card. I have long felt and still feel that there is another reason behind this.
