Trick or Treating in Williams Bay starts at 3pm on Friday the 31st this year. The kids aren't even out of school yet and the majority of those who work during the week won't be home at that time either. Normally it had started earlier and was on a weekend so the kids, parents, and community could all participate. It appears that certain leaders have designated times to meet their needs instead of meeting the needs of their community. My kids don't even trick or treat anymore and I am still going to sign to support all of the other kids and parents who will surely be very disappointed this year.
