Either Sundays or later on the 31st work. I was told that the date and time were moved so that parents with young children could trick-or-treat earlier. I'm just wondering how many people in the Bay that actually would be??? I'm thinking a very small percentage. Most of the little ones have siblings that are school aged and will have to wait for their siblings to get home from school. I can think of two families in my immediate area with children not yet in school. Both of these families have at least one parent working outside the home and I am positive that parent would want to be home to see their children dressed up.
