As the host of Last Week Tonight on HBO you have a very influential voice. Please help us bring to light the JULY/AUGUST Bokdays Dog Meat Festival in South Korea. 

Many dogs will suffer a painful death because it is believed that pain enhances the flavor. Statistics show that dog is the fourth highest consumed meat in South Korea. Over 6,000 restaurants go through 8,500 tons of dog meat per year.

This practice must be shamed and exposed to the masses to help thwart such a cruel and disturbing tradition. The South Korean government should be pressured to impose must stricter penalties for the abuse, killing, and consumption of dog and cat meat. Mr. Oliver, please bring this issue to the forefront with your show!
