Franciscan Road is one of the busiest side roads in Wandsworth. At peak times more than 1000 cars will drive past Tooting Primary School. 

This causes safety issues as children arrive at and leave school. It also means that there are high levels of pollution.

We want the section of road outside the school to become a school street to make journeys safer for children, air quality better and to encourage more active travel - walking and cycling.

There are already successful school streets in the area - let's do this for Tooting Primary too.
