In many restaurants in the United States (in this case Ohio) the chefs boil lobsters alive. This is supposed to assure freshness, but instead they are causing pain to the poor creatures. All living things with feelings should be treated with respect, no matter how big or how small. This is why I believe that lobsters should be handled in a less brutal way. Even simply killing them directly before putting them in the pot to boil them would make this so much more humane.
