Laverstock and Ford Parish council have posed a fundamental question to Wiltshire Council's Dr Brand. Having adopted the Wiltshire Core Strategy with amendments, will they now adhere to it? When decisions and agreements are allegedly being arrived at in closed meetings rather than in "partnership with the local community", as outlined in the amendment 5.121, Aren't we right to feel suspicious?
