Stop sending my dead son junk mail and requests for updated insurance!

On July 12, 2012; 18 months ago tomorrow, my 10yr old son Micah died in my wife's arms from Cystic Fibrosis. Prior to his passing Apria Healthcare provided his Oxygen and other home supplies and were always good to work with.
Apria was notified of his death and <24 hours later picked up all their equipment from our home. We owed them nothing financially then or at any point since. However, every few months we continue to get random mail addressed to Micah from Apria. No number of attempts to ask them to stop has prevented these repeated reminders my son is dead.
The most recent arrived today, when for the 2nd year in a row since his death we have been greated by a letter addressed to him telling him how important a customer he is and that he needs to update his insurance since it often changes with a new year.
At this point I'm tired of calling, listening to random insincere apologies and being promised the mail will stop. I'm asking for help to get Apria to accept that DEATH is a condition worthy of them dropping my son from their mailing list since my begging them to do so isn't.
