Senator John Fetterman once represented a powerful story of resilience—openly discussing his stroke recovery and battle with depression. But new revelations make it painfully clear: Senator Fetterman is not currently fit to serve in the U.S. Senate.

His former chief of staff took the extraordinary step of writing to the senator’s doctor, warning that Fetterman’s behavior had become erratic and dangerous—that he had stopped taking medical advice, was driving recklessly, and might not survive without intervention. Other staffers describe a toxic, unstable work environment and frequent moments where they feared for their safety.
