BROWNSVILLE, Texas (KVEO) - One word that best describes Noe Arnulfo Martinez and Wendy Armendariz, is persistence. Last October, Noe, Wendy, and their lawyer, Norma Sepulveda, submitted a request for a deferred action to travel past the checkpoint in Sarita. The formal request was for a Deferred Action Based on Humanitarian Reasons.
