The Martinez family is incredibly moved and grateful for the outpouring of support for Noe, and I thank you on their behalf. Almost 25,000 signatures, WOW! Noe's attorney, Norma Sepulveda filed a new petition for Deferred Action for Humanitarian Reasons for Noe's parents on Thursday. Please keep up the support, so that Noe's case remains visible and we can (hopefully) get his parents the permission they need to take him to his scheduled surgery. Attached is a picture of Noe being airlifted to a prior surgery. He is a wonderful kid, and he deserves the best chance at life.
