John Dewey Academy of Learning has had their principal for the longest time now. It's good to cycle out people every year to a few years to get others minds into the head office so to speak. In the City of Green Bay Wisconsin most principals are cycled out. Such as Southwest High School and Lombardi Middle School. Both of these schools run on a three principal bases. One being the top of the chain, the principal, the second being the vice principal and the last is the person that would move up to vice principal after it cycles. I feel the school would thrive if the principal would be cycled every year to someone new, and with the changing of a head member of the school would bring new thinking upon the school that it would normally lack. Most students I heard have very mixed reviews about the school. Some being bad and some being good but I feel this would make the bad turn to good in a matter of a couple years. Change is relatively good for everyone including the people or representative of a school such as the principal of John Dewey. Along with that I feel from what I've heard the school starves from the lack of attention from the Green Bay Public School System.
