Good news. The roundabout that we have been asking for to increase safety ( at Middle Fork and Waterton) will start construction soon.  Sterling Ranch, the CAB, and Douglas County have agreed to extend the contract of the company that is building/finalizing the roundabout at Wateron and Eagle River, and have them build the new roundabout at Middle Fork and Waterton. The plan is to have it completed before JAA starts school in the fall of 2026.  (side note: having the same company build the second roundabout saves the CAB and Douglas County taxpayers because the contractor already has their equipment here).

Getting the roundabout construction moved forward to 2026 from the original plan of ~2028 was the biggest hurdle. We still need to work with JAA Board and the Headmaster to provide our neighborhood's input to their traffic pattern for the student drop-off and pick-up...that is next.
