We have had some conversations and emails over the past two weeks with Senior CAB, Sterling Ranch leadership and Douglas County Engineering regarding the future roundabout at Middle Fork and Waterton.  

We appreciate the new efforts that the CAB and Sterling Ranch  leadership are making with Douglas County to try and get the Middle Fork roundabout in place sooner than originally planned. I think we all agree that it will help with traffic flow and safety in general and with JAA traffic flow and safety in particular.

We look forward to continuing our dialogue with Sterling Ranch Development, the CAB and the County over the coming months to take care of the Safety and Traffic concerns.
