Joes Italian ice is located in Anahiem CA

we are all currently in a pandemic as you all know and social distancing and practices are super important right now and in the city of Anaheim all over those practices are implied especially in large or popular business!

EXCEPT FOR JOES ITALIAN ICE I LIVE AROUND THE CORNER FROM THEM AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY SOCIAL DISTANCING IMPLIED AT ALL

only masks! No sanitizer no six feet markings the line here gets long and full almost regularly! 
along with lack of safety practice joe has also had CONFIRMED CORONA CASES AND REFUSES TO CLOSE REGARDLESS OF THEM THE LAST I CHECKED IT WAS TWO CASES!! Below is a statement take from reddit confirmed by a joe Italian employee

The owner is a non-believer of COVID-19 and is believed to have closed down due to the pressure of the public and employees, not by his own belief. Awareness was spread for the safety of public health, since their business is always crowded with long lines.”

while I do love joe’s Italian ice the lack of safety and the popularity of the location is put local Anahiem residents at risk! And should be shut down immediately if not at least social distancing should be put in place! But due to the number of cases and amount of people visiting it should be closed overall!

joes seating areas are also open and are all less then a foot away from each other and being used regularly!

I feel as a local Anahiem resident that they should close shaved ice Treats are forever But if it doesn’t stop cases will rise and then we will be thrown into the limbo while one location alone isn’t enough to keep a pandemic going it definitely does contribute to it IMMENSELY DUE TO THE POPULARITY!
