Recently the CIty of New Orleans implemented a "Slow Street" on Moss St.  That has ended.  Since it has ended Moss St. has returned to "normal" where some motorists use this residential street at high rates of speed to cut corners between Orleans and Esplanade.  This has compromised the safety of cyclists, pedestrians, and residents.  We request that the city urgently reinstate the "Slow Street" on Moss and expedite a public process wherein a viable long term solution can be investigated.
