Philly turned PA blue, which gave President Elect Biden the electoral votes he needed.  To show how much the great state of Pennsylvania means to him, Joe Biden should let Gritty hold his inaugural bible.  While we're at it, lets get Philly Elmo and his drum line to play at the inauguration.
