Under the Obama administration, Joe Biden was one of the key creators of the 2011 "Dear Colleague Letter". This lowered the standard of evidence for those accused of sexual assault and created a very biased kangaroo court that did not even offer the accused a presumption of innocence. Under the Trump Administration, the rules were mostly reversed providing fairer treatment and more protections to accused students.  The purpose of this petition is to defend Civil Liberties specifically Due Process and the right to not self incriminate oneself provided for in the US Constitution, Magna Carta, and Geneva Conventions.

If Joe Biden seeks to change the Title 9 laws from what they are now he should subject himself to the same laws that he designs. Essentially, if Joe Biden reinstates College Kangaroo Sex Courts he himself should be subject to one.
