Deny Parole For Miles D. Pepping the Drunk Driver who killed Austin Brent Jones.

This petition had 412 supporters

On the morning of October 9, 2014 Miles D. Pepping was driving drunk and high while he had 3 passengers in his vehicle. Mr. Peeping's vehicle left the road way at over 100 MPH. As the vehicle flipped end over end, Austin B. Jones was ejected from the rear window and was killed. Austin's girlfriend Courtney Ann was also a backseat passenger and she to was ejected and sustained muptile injuries.

Mr. Pepping pled guitly to Manslaughter and other charges related to this case on April 13, 2016. Mr. Pepping has only severed 2 years of the 10 year plea bargain. This was also Mr. Pepping's  2nd DUI in less than 30 days. At the time of the car crash Mr. Pepping was 19 years old and driving on a suspended license for DUI.

Mr. Pepping called his Mother from the crash site before he called 911. As our son lay dying in a ditch Mr. Pepping's Mother gathered the 3 surviors and put them in her car and told them to get "their story straight", she then proceeded to coerce the surviors into saying Austin B. Jones was driving. A full hour passed before Mr. Pepping's Mother called Emergency Services.

Please sign this petition to help keep Miles D. Pepping in prison and serving his agreed upon 10 years. Help us keep this repeated drunk driver in prison and off the public roadways. For the saftey of all who travel the public roadways lets hold this and all impaired drivers accountable for the devastation they cause.

We are asking The State of Alabama  Board of Pardons and Parole to hold Mr. Miles.D. Pepping (AIS # 303854) accountable for killing Austin Brent Jones and injuring these innocent victims while driving impaired, by denying this parole.

The family and friends of Austin Brent Jones thank you for signing this petition.
