Employer has not paid me last 3 months salary, instead bullying me.
The Issue
My name is Ravindra Bari from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I have worked in an organisation from last 3 months. They haven't paid released my salary so far, it's been already 5 months that I waiting for my salary. They are giving an excuse of covid-19 and they are saying that dont have money. Whereas they have hired so many new candidates and launched a new brand (A Restaurant).
When I asked them, they are bullying me. Kindly help me out , I am the bread winner of the family. Already I have suffered a lot working with them, I am under debt now and so far my EMI ECS got bounced for 4th time.
Therefore, I request to the State Labour commissioner of Jharkhand to look on my issue and if possible Make any provision for employees like me can where they can get justice.
