Families of those incarcerated in FCI Gilmer cannot get answers from facility. Inmates are locked down due to COVID-19 outbreak and have no access to phone or computer to contact families. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. We just want to know if our loved ones are safe. No commissary last week meaning people with dietary health needs could not access food. $25 limit now. They need to buy food and stamps paper etc to contact home. Medical neglect concerns from prior COVID-19 so scared for loved ones health. Please investigate and allow us to find out if loved ones are safe and well. Prison must address our concerns now! Please help us but signing this petition for Governor Jim Justice to look into this
