Toby Fox, creator of Undertale and currently working on the last two chapters of Deltarune, has said in the current newsletter (August 2026) that the chapter will be short. In the man's own words:

"From Chapter 6 onward, there are no more wacky silly adventures, and you will begin to see the results of the setup that has been made so far.

Chapter 6 is a shorter, straightforward chapter that focuses on one aspect of the story."

Well then, if that means the MAIN adventure won't be fun or outlandish or ridiculous, then does that mean stuff that IS under that category happens in Castle Town? Because that means there's room for a party with Jevil and Seam, and here is where I want people to start caring. Let me explain. Jevil and Seam are Darkners (objects in a room brought to life through Dark Fountain-making powers of something that hasn't been explained yet, but that's beside the point) who debuted in Chapter 1, all the way back in 2018. Now I, the writer of this petition, actually joined the Deltarune fandom alongside my brother in 2021. And if one joined the fandom back then, they only had one chapter to catch up on, before jumping into Chapter 2 in order to stay up-to-date. Anyway, getting a little off-topic here, but the point is that not ONLY do I really and desperately want Jevil and Seam to have a special scene in Chapter 6 where they finally get to see each other again, after however long it's been (a very long time) , but I also want other people to care, as they should. This NEEDS to happen. There are many people who care about the relationship between these two awesome characters. Besides, Seam talks so sweetly of Jevil in their shop, in Chapter 1. They mention how they used to play with Jevil a lot, because - according to Seam - "he was the only one who matched me in the games we used to play.", and they also mention that they miss him. They literally say, "I think, perhaps - I miss playing games with him.", which is a very heartfelt statement. So they'd be pretty damn overjoyed if they were to see him again in Chapter 6, and Jevil would be equally thrilled to see his BFF.  So this really must be said - if enough people sign this petition, and one of those people decides to send this whole petition to Toby Fox, then surely HE'LL see how important it is as well. He HAS to understand. Though......one important thing to note: Jevil was actually created by a different person called Kanotynes, a character designer that Toby knows and who has created other characters for Chapter 1, like Lancer, Clover, King, Rudinn, and Hathy. And think about it - if characters like Lancer and King and Clover get to stick around, then surely Jevil should be allowed to stay as well, right? Of course. Not just as the Jevilstail or the Devilsknife, but as himself too. This petition will be seen by ALL Deltarune fans who care enough and think Jevil is awesome and that he ABSOLUTELY deserves to be with Seam. I will tell people about this on the Deltarune Steam forums, on Instagram, and even in the Posts tab of Youtube. Don't subscribe to me. I don't even make videos. Just please sign this petition.
