I'm Courtney Gabrus, and I'm always with you when it comes to flying @JetBlue

During my recent flight on your airline, I encountered many problems with both the plane and the airline employees.

Since I am disabled, I must use a wheelchair. Before boarding the plane, I told the gate agent that I was disabled and would need to board beforehand since I need to be carried onto the plane and through the aisles (since my wheelchair is down below the plane). They called overhead to allow people with disabilities to board early. By the time my mother and I got to the gate, everyone else had already gotten on board. While carrying me on the plane and through the aisles with everyone else already in it and trying to store their luggage in the overhead bins, my mother had difficulty maneuvering around.

After we got off the plane, my electric wheelchair did not work.(Jazzy Passport-$2,139.00)


Despite the fact that my mother was carrying both our luggage, nobody offered to help push it while my mother was left to push it throughout the airport. Even after charging the battery several times, the chair is still not working despite being charged fully. It was damaged by negligence on the part of a member of your staff.

This chair represents my independence. I am bedridden until we can fix the problem
