We have a major problem: Jessie thinks she can just leave us and everything is just fine and dandy!!! She makes an enormous impact on everyone in this workplace. Need help with a complex project? Jessie’s there. Need a quick sanity check or someone to talk to? Jessie’s there.

She is a rare gem, and losing her will bring overall morale down to dangerous levels. Whatever team gets her next is basically winning the lottery—she can do absolutely anything she puts her mind to, and she tackles tasks like a machine. She pushes herself, elevates everyone around her, and makes sure no one gets left behind.

Obviously, we want her to be happy, so consider this our grand declaration of love and appreciation. But seriously, Jessie… we’re not above begging you to stay! Thank you for being incredible and for all that you do!
