If we live in a state where we can no longer have plastic straws at a local Starbucks, why is that we waste plastic on Window Blade coverings for vehicles?  These drivers in more cases than not, fail to remove these after the car wash which wind up roadside, in lakes, in the neighborhood or stand out like a highlighter and distraction to fellow drivers.  At the very least, drivers should be charged the .10 cents that it would cost us for a grocery bag.
