In light of the new information released under the FOIA Act we implore you to immediatly drop all criminal charges against Jake Elliott resulting from faulty warrants, neither obtained nor executed in good faith and lacking a basic review of supporting evidentiary documentation.  Stop the maddness and let Jake get back to his life.
