After speaking with the Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine's office, they confirmed Ohio has a gap in the law in order for students attending community colleges (I.e Terra State) to be victims of fraud with little to no recourse on behalf of the institution committing the crime. I've reached out to Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown, who is now involved, and will hopefully bring upon the actions necessary to hold TSCC accountable for their fraudulent activities against students! Overall, the outcome I hope to reach is the finding of some sort of resolve to prevent students trying to further their education from being swindled by their college of choice!
