Through this journey, it's become abundantly clear that students do not have any kind of protections as victims against colleges committing fraud against them. Again, I have reached out to Kaisich, Brown, & Portman (in addition to various TSCC trustees) to see what can be done to not only resolve this issue, but to make sure it NEVER happens to another student! 26 students victim to fraud and 2 former financial aid employees who have verified witnessing these actions have come forward, yet all 26 students are posed with victim blaming. We should have known TSCC's financial aid was lying to us and therefore it's our problem that this school is committing fraud against it's students. Resist.
