I was wrongfully convicted on a drug charge they used a confidential informant by the name of Charles Chambers who goes by the name of Miami he was deactivated This how the case started and He was not to be used Arizona throw the case out of court that tried to sentence a man with his testimony and the state of Louisiana used him on my case and convicted me to life plus 15 without any drugs or guns on me or in my possession they used convicted felony’s that had serious drug and gun charges and people on drugs to get free and a slap on the wrist to sentence me I appealed my case and they up it to life plus 30 I never had a gun in my possession or had hurt no one they made me out to be a violent drug dealer and the truth of the matter is I wasn’t I’ve lost so much time out my life for this crime that just wasn’t fair on me just alone the judge Shelly Dicks voiced her option at my sentencing and said if I didn’t do it I was differently guilty of on one of them and told me to have a nice life I politely said to her you to and she told the Marshall I treated her and had me places in maximum security locked down all the time I was 28 when I went to jail and now I’m going on 39 please undo this case because it wasn’t a fair trail to start with the judge Brady took sick before he could finish the case and she came in to take the case over and read three weeks of testimonies in two days who does that the lawyer I had Lance Unglesby said at my closing that my client is a drug dealer and to find him guilty on the charges he called out and the jury did just that he tinted My case I was shocked my family my parents were horrified let this be a law for anyone who get the napoleon law that we are under her in Louisiana the police her planted drugs on people were involved In My case as well As me they are now just being sentenced for there crime that I am paying the price for doing nothing like they convicted me of look at the case and loop hole in it you will see it was all done unjustly they know it will take 10 years to undo anything they have done to me more anyone who is sentence like this it’s unfair.
