297 Riviera Way, T4C 0W9. A propsal to change the designated land use from multi family residential, to a park for the purposes of an outdoor rink and BBQ pavilion. This land is for sale by Tamani Communities for just under 2 000 000 dollars. I also propose that the community members, ask the Town of Cochrane to purchase and rezone this area and build the park on our belhalf. The community would agree that we would compensate the town by adding the cost of the project to our collective property taxes for the next 25 years. As a donated portion, perhaps Tamani would help with the rink and park, and could put their name on it. Thank you for considering this idea.
