I think we can ALL agree that the design of Sonic in the upcoming Sonic The Hedgehog (hitting theatres November 8th) is just plain awful! In fact the director, Jeff Fowler, responded to the outcry on Twitter with a tweet that read:

“ Thank you for the support. And the criticism. The message is loud and clear… you aren’t happy with the design & you want changes. It’s going to happen. Everyone at Paramount & Sega are fully committed to making this character the BEST he can be… #sonicmovie #gottafixfast “

My turtle, around 15 years old, is a fast little one. I believe she has enough potential. We don’t see a lot of turtle lead roles.

Now now, I know some of you may be saying “But she’s a turtle!!” But so what if she’s a turtle and looks nothing like Sonic? With enough CGI, you can make ANYTHING look like Sonic.

She hasn’t had much activity in her small bowl for 15 years. I want her to be free and explore a whole new world. Obviously i can’t just let her in the wild, she’s not at all prepared for all the animosity. Instead, I think it’d be great if we got her a movie role! She’s easy to deal with and she'd have tons of fun with the cast! What better way to make fun memories?

Don’t let her down, she’s super excited for this role! So please sign my petition to make my turtle the new Sonic in Sonic the Hedgehog coming to theatres November 8th.
