Hello All! First of all, we’d like to thank all of you for supporting this petition. Without you we wouldn’t be able to reach over one hundred supporters in just over two days. With that monumental feat accomplished, we need to take the next step. Without the wonderful amount of political donations someone like Jeanette Ward has received, we have to rely on one form to spread our message; word of mouth. So that means we need all of you to spread the word about this. Post on facebook, write letters to the editor, tweet, talk, send carrier pigeons, or do whatever you can to spread our cause. We will have a chance to take on Mrs. Ward, but we need numbers. This might be our best chance to reduce her influence over our education. In other news we will be giving this petition to Jeanette Ward at the May 16th board meeting. If any of you would like to come out to speak as well, or to simply show solidarity, please do. Remember, every single person makes a difference. WE have the power to stop her turning the school board in a partisan mess, WE can end her string of biased and offensive comments, WE can protect our education from bigotry, but we need numbers.
