Working in a restaurant i have come to see the hard work servers do every day and every minute of every hour they have a customer. Serving is a fast paced, time consuming, energy taking job and it takes a special person to be able to do it all. Servers will run from table to table serving customers like me and you and they will carry hot plates from across a restaurant we may not even be able to hold for a few minutes. And due to the fact that tipping is optional they end up not only not even making minimum wage, but sometimes not even being tipped. This needs to change even if its only 5% that is still more then the big fat zero servers often receive.  And this change starts with people like me and you.
