Bars & Restaurants have been throttled for the last year.

Now that they are able to be open until midnight (while following all recommended distancing and safety protocols including limited capacity), they should be able to sell alcohol after 10pm. There is no provable data that selling alcohol after 10pm will impact positive COVID cases.

Currently, many of these establishments are finding creative ways around the rule. They shouldn't have to.

These businesses have suffered enough - it's time to allow them to try to earn back some of the lost revenue. Alcohol sales is where they are able to do so.
