Dear Mr. Trump
To the President of the United States of America: Donald Trump who is responsible for the United States, the 68 square miles of land East of the potomac river on which is built the federal capital, Washington DC in the district of Columbia, it also includes the United States Protectorates of Guam and Puerto Rico. The United States is not a country, it's a Corporation, (The Washington corporation) who is responsible for every person signed under this corporation by their birth certificate as a residence of the United States. My name is Jamonte Brinkley according to the official records I am a United States Citizen. I am writing to you asking to obtain relief from violations of my United States Constitution and federal laws. This case has been submitted to the federal courts challenging State Officials that have Violated my Constitutional and federal statutory rights this case refers to numerous individuals that have acted under the color of law. The incident occurred in the Georgia Department Of Corrections at Telfair State Prison on October 9th 2023 between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00 on this night, I Jamonte Brinkley was stabbed in my sleep tied up and tortured to death burnt with fire and beat with metal pipes and I didn't receive any help until over 8 hours later I was rushed to the Dodge Hospital where they said they couldn’t do anything for me at this level one trauma center so they transferred me to coliseum a level 5 trauma center, upon my arrival I was pronounced dead by the grace of God I revived. The warden lied to my mother about this incident saying I was not stabbed, but I was cut up in a razor wire fence. I spoke with investigator Brown upon my arrival back at Telfair State prison he stated that the Telfair administration stated that I was not stabbed, that I was cut up in a razor wire fence. I was placed in segregation on medical hold and was denied my right to adequate medical care under the state constitution that shows that I am entitled to medical care for serious medical needs.” My eighth amendment have also been violated my right to be free from assault by prison Guards and other prisoners. (Failure to Protect) (Negligence) A government employee is negligent when he or she fails to use reasonable care.’ Since people have different ideas about what is reasonable care. What a reasonably prudent person” would do in a similar situation. This issue is mainly about the “BREACH OF SECURITY” The Georgia Department of Corrections doesn’t have: The adequate staff members to run the Facility accordingly. The Georgia Department of Corrections doesn’t meet the required staff members to secure the safety and welfare of its offenders. I am mentioning this issue to show the insignificant amount of employees, the constitution requires prison and jail officials to provide Reasonable safety for prisoner’s. (Farmer v. Brennan) How could the Department of Corrections provide the adequate safety for their housed inmates while being under staff? This clearly is a “BREACH OF SECURITY” issue in running this operation (The Department of Corrections) This deliberate indifference to our safety is irresponsible and the Department of Corrections grievance process will show that it appears to be inconsistent, somewhat bewildering. I have exhausted all my legal remedies. This case was also filed in the Federal courts Jamonte Brinkley vs Tyrone Oliver/ The Georgia Department of Corrections case: CV 324-32. Due process clause of the 14th amendment prohibits a state of life, Liberty or property without due process of law. My right to procedural due process means the Georgia Department of Corrections must provide you with some amount of protection like investigating before they do something to harm your life, liberty, or property. No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhumane or degrading treatment or punishment. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks. The commissioner Tyrone Oliver created a policy or custom allowing or encouraging the illegal acts; Or the commissioner Tyrone Oliver acted with deliberate indifference because he actually knew of substantial risk of serious harm, and failed to respond reasonably in this case and many other murders that have been covered up in the Georgia Department of Corrections. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No State shall enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. I am asking for a prospective relief seeking justice and praying for liberty.
