The United Services Automobile Association (USAA) is a Texas-based Fortune 500 diversified financial services group of companies including a Texas Department of Insurance regulated reciprocal inter-insurance exchange and subsidiaries offering banking, investing, and insurance to people and families that serve, or served, in the United States military. At the end of 2014, there were 10.7 million members. Unfortunately, not all of these members reside in an area where they can access one of USAA's 19 Financial Centers to make any necessary banking transactions. This petition is in response to an email notifying all banking members of USAA that the UPS Store Easy Deposit Service will be discontinued as of 7 May 2016. This policy change will directly affect millions of Veterans, current Service Members, and their families who depend on this service. As a Disabled Veteran, I have had the pleasure of utilizing The UPS Store Easy Deposit many times at several locations. Without it, I would have been relegated to completing vital banking transactions via mail. This service has served as an integral piece to my banking needs puzzle. I implore you to sign this petition on behalf of all past, present, and future Service Members and their families. We need The UPS Store Easy Deposit. It's imperative that USAA and it's Board Members understand what it truly means to serve!
