In a league built on parity, where things are specifically engineered to give all 32 NFL franchises a chance to have moments of success to some degree... there's one team that has consistently been left in the dust in seemingly another era. The entire fanbase, locally, nationally and internationally, of the Jacksonville Jaguars is beyond fed up and has had enough of the Khlown Show that has been the last decade.

To his credit, Shad Khan has tried several different leadership structures and tried several different ways to re-invent the wheel so to speak. Alas, none have been really successful minus one year where the Jaguars lucked their way to a half of football away from the Super Bowl. The idea of a power structure where one person oversees all of the football side of things for the franchise IS the right idea... but the hire of Tom Coughlin to fill that role was... yet again, the wrong personnel decision.

In the most dire time of of the franchise, WITH a franchise signal-caller FINALLY on our roster and leading our organization better than even those with a longer tenure, the right person for this role is Tony Boselli... the Jaguars need not let him be in the shadows any longer.
