Murphys Rescue is run by a hoarder by the name of Jody/ Raven Perez. She currently has 26 dogs that are housed in small wire cages and kept in a trailer with no, heat or Air. No running Water or Electricity. They sleep on straw covered in their own feces. She allows these dogs to fight, mate and have litters of puppies and kill other animals.
