If you move out of New Zealand to any other country in the world you can draw your kiwi saver out after 12 months, if you don't plan on moving home. But its not the case if you move to Australia. 

Many kiwis are facing the toughest times in their lives right now. Jobless and no assistance from the Australian Government, even though we pay our tax! 

We are simply asking for the ability to get our kiwi saver money to assist us through this time! 

Please Jacinda, let us kiwis have a fighting chance. Let us get the money that came out of our pay. Let us draw out our kiwi saver, just like any other New Zealander who left NZ over 12 months ago who are anywhere else in the world!
