"Although I am so sorry that this precious little girl lost her life.. People keep blaming the breed, its NOT the breed, its the owners..the dogs get into the wrong hands, they are mistreated, they are starved, and they are forced to fight for their lives.. Why blame just the animal.. People need to open their eyes to the whole situation, its not fair... If you band Pit Bulls then you have to band all breeds, because all dogs attack, all dogs bite IT'S NOT FAIR to be prejudice to one breed. How would you feel...you non-pit bull owners, if we wanted to band your breed of dog...you would be just as upset...

DON'T BAND OR BLAME THE BREED.....the owner is in most part to blame...because they are ignorant.

It is all in how you treat the animal...would you be ill and upset if someone chained you up on a 4 ft chain to a tree 24/7 no shelter lack of food and water....THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX PEOPLE.....it's time to be open minded

The ban is the result of not only urban myths about the breed, but, most importantly, bad owners.

So are pit bulls the product of the breed or bad owners? And who is responsible for the damages they cause--the dog or the owner?
