Restructuring the Italian Consulate in London
The Italian Consulate in London needs to be completely restructured since it is not meeting the requirements of those people supposed to serve.
Not only is it impossibile to obtain basic information, but the little that is available on the website and obviously automated email responses are well below the standard one would expect from an official body representing the Italian State. Both language and presentation look like a disgracefully amateur effort.
People are unable to: book appointments to renew their passport, to monitor the status of their citizenship applications (there are no updates!), to obtain any meaningful reply even when sent via pec, etc.
The Italian Consulate in London appears unable to provide basic services; it is also blatantly failing its own citizens.
This is not a recent phenomenon that can be blamed upon the pandemic, it is in fact systemic.
