PETITION TO RECALL AND REPLACE CURRENT ITALIAN CLUB OF CAPE TOWN MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS WITH AN IMMEDIATE SPECIAL ELECTION FOR NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS

The purpose of this petition is to gather a sufficient number of signatures from Italian Club Members and its' patrons to recall / remove all current committee members.

Reasons for removal of current committee members are as follows: (list is not inclusive of violations)
• Dereliction of duty.
• Incompetence.
• Ethical Violations.
• Abuse of power. Complete disregard for the club constitution, objectives, and a lack of common sense in dealing with community relations and promoting the community.
• Lack of transparency and failing to inform members of changes to the club.
• Numerous bad business decisions.
• Conflict of interests.
• Not enough management members to make up a quorum for club decisions. (7 committee members resigned before 1 year had passed)

The best interest of the Italian Club of Cape Town community, patrons and its' members is to remove the current committee who are destroying the very essence of a once very popular community club.
