Dissolve the BCP unitary local authority

Dissolve the BCP unitary local authority
The Issue
Dissolve the BCP unitary local authority into the separate unitary authorities of Bournemouth and Poole and the non-metropolitan district of Christchurch. This would allow for local leaders, councils and authorities to govern to the specific needs of their constituents.
The Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council formed on 1 April 2019, despite Christchurch being against the decision to join. Since then, data from Local Government Ombudsman reveals BCP to have the highest increase in complaints (98.69%) and are regularly featured in Private Eye's Rotten Boroughs - there are several articles of BCP's corruption online. The constituents within BCP have lost faith in BCP to cater to their needs and want power handed back to their local authorities.
