The current SEC Chair Gary Gensler is endangering American Investors. His "Holy War" on crypto is both embarrassing and detrimental. Instead of pinpointing bad actors, Mr. Gensler is blanket labelling all crypto as bad. When I started this petition, the prospects for ETFs of BTC or ETH were dismal. Thanks to a changing climate, The SEC was grudgingly forced to approve both. But I believe Mr. Gensler is not the person to lead The SEC if crypto is to have a successful future. His bias has been exposed. I believe some of his failed crypto investment advice to friends and family has irreversibly tainted his ability. The SEC under his watch has resorted to underhanded tactics to discourage investment. I don't believe this will stop in the foreseeable future. Investors need a fair minded protector, not a zealot bent on the destruction of the entire crypto market. Help me secure the future. Please sign to replace Gary Gensler.
