I will fly to London on Tuesday for updated scans, and the following week a decision will be made regarding when my surgery will take place.

Please continue to share and support my fundraiser if you can, as I am still facing the barrier of upfront travel and accommodation costs that are not being covered by the ESAIS Scheme.

To date, I have had no resolution from the HSE or the Department of Health regarding the barriers patients face when forced to finance essential medical travel and accommodation costs upfront while seeking urgent specialist care abroad.
