Today is World Health Day ✨
10 years ago today, a moment changed the course of my life.
I was injected against my consent - after already trying to recover from a treatment that made my condition worse.
I was refused a referral to a specialist.
What followed was years of navigating a system without the awareness, structure, or supports needed.
Over time, that meant:
— Multiple surgeries
— The loss of 6 organs
— Being unable to work full time
— Losing life plans
— 3 years of hidden homelessness
— A long legal battle
But this is also a story of rebuilding.
From a small online community in 2015…
To adapting when we temporarily lost our website in 2020 due to a server issue…
To creating spaces where real stories can be heard…
And now - Cneasú the Podcast 🎙️
Today, there is a national endometriosis framework.
And I now have access to specialist, trauma-informed care.
That progress matters.
But we cannot ignore what happened before it.
This is why this petition exists.
👉 We are calling for a National Endometriosis Inquiry
👉 Accountability for past and current care
👉 Trauma-informed systems across healthcare
👉 Real supports for those navigating chronic illness
This isn’t just about my story -
it’s about ensuring no one else is left behind.
We are building momentum - but we need your help now.
