It has taken a bit longer than planned as I decided to go back to full time college to study Digital Journalism, Radio & Podcasting with Kerry College & Radio Kerry and started my course in November 2024!

I learned how to produce, record & edit my own Podcast and today my first episode has gone live.

I hope to share many guests experiences of life in Ireland navigating their healing journey.
